Welcome to Shree Shivaji College Rajura
Adarsha Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Shree Shivaji Arts, Commerce Science College, Rajura was established on in 1984 vide Govt. of Maharashtra.It was started with the noble purpose of providing higher education to the tribal and backward communities in the remote and naxal affected area of Chandrapur district. Shree Shivaji College is permanently Affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur and Gondwana University, Gadchiroli.
All the Teaching and Non-teaching posts have been filled up. Qualified and well experienced staff work sincerely to achieve the goals. Rich Library, Reading Room, attractive and well furnished building, Play grounds, Gymnasium , NSS, Sports and Cultural Department, Career and Vocational guidance and Competitive exams Coaching Centre, Parking, Canteen and all time humanitarian support to the needy students etc. are the salient features of the college.
Under the ideal and effective leadership of Hon. Shri Prabhakar Rao Mamulkar and his team of Adarsha Shikshan Prasarak Mandal , Shree Shivaji College, Rajura shall turn the dream of providing quality education to the needy class into reality.
At present, the college is running Arts, Commerce and Science faculties in junior and senior wing (U. G and P. G.) along with vocational courses in three subjects. The college has a spacious three storied building with teak wood and Gmelina (Shivan) trees planted around of it. We have open extensive playground and well equipped gymnasium on three acres of land. In such a beautiful and healthy campus, all facilities of physical education are available in the college
