Building
Infrastructural facilities are the key for effective and efficient conduct of the educational programs. The college is located in the sprawling campus of 8 acres with extensive playground, well facilitated gymnasium and a huge library.
The college has a main three storied building comprising 23 well ventilated classrooms, a separate building having four huge laboratories, 01 seminar hall. There are 8 specialized and well equipped laboratories for subjects like Computer Science, Home Economics, and Geography along with laboratories for subjects of science faculty. The college has provided separate rooms for various departments. The college owns a specious building for library enriched with books and having separate reading rooms for boys, girls and staff.
Administrative office
The college has four separate rooms, One for Management, One for Principal and two for Administrative staff. All the rooms are enabled with computers, internet and wi-fi facilities. Other than these, there is one room for Vice Principal (Junior college) and one for IQAC. The entire college is under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.
The administrative staff rooms are well furnished and have facility of scanning, photo copying and printing. We prefer paperless work, hence all the processes are digitized. For ease of work we are using specific authentic software (CMS) for admission and other data management.
Auditorium
With financial assistance from the UGC we have constructed an auditorium that lies above the library building. The auditorium is well equipped with all modern technological tools that are required for conducting any lecture or seminar for the students. The auditorium is big enough to accommodate approximately five hundred students. It is used for any general programs, seminars, workshops, etc.
Garden
The college has a beautiful Botanical and ornamental garden in front of the main building. It is well protected and contains many flowering and foliage herbs and lianas. The garden also contains a small nursery area and vermi-compost unit in a corner. This garden is also useful for botany students to understand taxonomy practically.
At the southern end of the garden, the college has constructed a small ditch cum pond to provide water to the animals (like monkeys and rabbits) and birds in the area for quenching their thrust in scorching summer heat.
Institute has water harvesting system. Water from the building terrace and ground is collected in the old well in the garden.
Ground
At the west of the college building we have created a play ground on sprawling three acres of land. The extensive playground in the campus is one of the biggest advantages for the students who are aspired for various games and sports. The play ground is used for games like cricket, hockey, volley ball, foot ball and athletic events. The playground has tiers of seats for spectators to watch any significant event on the ground. The large play ground with seating facility provides advantage to our college to organize university tournaments like foot ball and cricket.
Canteen
We have a common canteen for the staff and students in the campus. It is located at the southwest corner near library building. The canteen facilitates campus students and staff for the provision of refreshments like Tea, coffee and breakfast at moderate rate.
Hostel
The institution has its own women hostel within the campus. The hostel has well ventilated rooms with provisions of purified water, washrooms, kitchen room, and refreshment room with television set.
Gymnasium
A well-built, well equipped gymnasium is adjacent to the playground. The students develop physical well-being under supervision of the physical director and support staff. The gymnasium is open to all students of college right from morning till late evening and provides opportunity to students to perform physical and muscular exercises.
We have separate rooms and equipments for male and female students.
Audio Visual Room
To keep abreast to the changing scenario in the field of teaching methodologies, we have facilitated the learners with an Audio-Visual room. The room is big enough to accommodate 80 students. It is equipped with OHP, LCD projector, Digital board which are used by faculties from time to time to enhance and better teaching learning process.
Photocopy center
Since then college is located at one end of the town, the students needed a photocopy center. Considering this requirement the college has outsourced photocopy center inside the campus. It facilitates the students to photocopy inside the campus itself.
Vehicle Parking
The college has three separate parking areas for boys, girls and staff members. Every parking area has sufficient sheds to accommodate the vehicles, and the parking area is under the surveillance of CCTV camera. A watchman has been appointed to keep vigilance at the gate and his vigilance ensures safety and security of all the vehicles parked.
Laboratories
There are 8 specialized and well equipped laboratories for subjects like Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Home Economics, and Geography. Apart from these, we have a common well established research laboratory for researchers.
All the laboratories are big enough to accommodate the admitted students in the concerned subject and discipline. Some significant research instruments available in the laboratories are Spectro photometer, Flame photometer, Electrophoresis assembly, Calorimeter, pH meter, Centrifuge, DD plant, Thermo static incubator and Oven, Thermostatic water bath, UV chamber, Cyclomixture, Magnetic stirrer, Laminar airflow, Coslab trinocoular microscopes, Binocular dissecting microscope, Kjeldahl assembly, Cooling centrifuge, Microwave, etc to carry out quality research.
Computer Lab
Computer lab is well equipped with latest configuration machines.
